Default Outlook take time


Hi, when i want to permanently delete email in my inbox, i can simply press Shift+Delete.

But, after i press Shift+delete, for my selected email which do not have attachment and just only few kb for the email. it take 1 to 2 minutes to clear out. what is the problems ? any1 know about this? can you please help me ? thanks you.
