Default Emails being duplicated at sendreceive

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me, one of my users is having an issue using the send receive function to bring emails into thier .pst file when the .pst file is set as the default destination for incoming emails.

When running the send receive function emails that are brought into the .pst file are duplicated many times. If the user does not use the send receive but manual drags emails out of his mailbox into his .pst file the duplication does not happen.

We created a new .pst file but that one does the same when running the sendreceive. I cannot think of what the problem could be.
Any help is appreciated.
