Thumbs down Address book folders

I had to clean my XP machine and reinstall all software. I saved my .pst file and reinstalled it. I originally had four contact files in additional to Contacts. When I reinstalled the .pst file the additional contact files did not display. If I go to add a contacts, the original folder names are displayed which indicates they do exist.

How do I get them to be displayed?
After displaying I want to delete them since I have new versions to install.
How do I delete them?
