Talking send/receive mail every 5 min.?

I've done some searching on here and for the life of me can't find where to input the interval I want OL 2007 to check my ISP for new mail. I figured it'd be under account settings but have skipped over it or I'm more blind than I figured! ;o) Any input here is appreciated. Thanx
