Getting Error when I schedule a meeting in outlook
I have several distribution lists I manage with 442 members in total. When I click send to schedule a meeting using my distribution lists I got an error from outlook "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close". Is there a limitation in Outlook 2010 of the number of people I can invite? I didn’t have any issues with Outlook 2007. It is not viable a solution to send several meeting invites for the same call. How I can overcome this limitation?

Hi,
It's hard to tell what could be going wrong; have you tried creating a new distribution list (a DL) with say, just your own email addresses on it and tried to schedule a meeting with that DL? I'm wondering if there's something wrong with the original DL. Of course, if you're interested in just getting on with life you could always just create the meeting, then Save AS an ICS file, create a regular email addressed to that same DL (preferably placing them in the BCC field, depending on your relationship with them) and add the ICS file as an attachment to that email.
