Hi All,
As per the post title, when I am replying/forwarding an email the text looks precisely like my formatting. After sending it, I check the outbox, but the font is changed to times new roman 12. This totally spoils whole text and my signature as well. However this happens occasionally i haven't found any similarity between the cases. Maybe this has something to do with stationary, but even if have tried to do some changes with it, it haven't solved the problem (currently, I am using no theme). I do understand that it's only an appearance issue, but I would really prefer if business partners would see nice emails. If anyone have run into the same problem and managed to solve it, I would be glad if he/she shares the solution. Thank you in advance, Kind regards, Wries |

Have you checked the settings? You can change the default fonts for new and replied emails!

Yes I had, the default font is working correctly except from these issues.
It never happens for new emails, only for replies/FW therefore I suppose it must be some setting in an email i receive. However the below link offers the solution, but unfortunately this doesn't work for me. http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.c...1204654&page=3 |
