Default my Outlook Calendar didn't switch to Standard time...

My Outlook has not switched from Eastern Standard Time to Eastern Daylight Time... (or something like that..0

when setting up time zone, only option is "Eastern Time" (you do not get to manually swicht betw standard & Daylight time..) so why doesn't Outlook switch automatically?

prob is only in Calendar, not email...

when I have a meeting scheduled it shows for one hour before the set time and there's a note with an excl pt at the beginning that says something like "this meeting is at 10:00 am in your time zone," but the meeting shows as set for 9:00 am (by someone within my same time zone..)

how can I fix this?

thank you..
