Question [Outlook 2007/Notes] Autocompletion? Search within note?

Hello

I'm running Outlook 2007 on XPSP3 and have a couple of questions about the Notes section:

1. Is there an add-in to provide auto-completion while searching for a note? Ie. I start typing, and Outlook will jump to the first note whose title matches?

2. When I open a note, I'd like to be able to find a string. Currently, I have to copy/paste it in Notepad, and use CTRL+F to find.

Thank you.
