Exclamation After rebuilding main identity NO attachments in SENT folder

Hie,

I had to rebuild the main identity of my Oultook 2011 for MAC.
I had several problems doing that:
- i could not rebuild folder names
- i could not rebuild categories names
- not all my contact imported
- i have all the attachments in INBOX folder but NOT in SENT folder. i only have all the mails without attachments

I also have another question, i had downloaded several times all my e-mails from server because i keep a copy there, HOW CAN I REMOVE DUPLICATED MAILS from my inbox?? i have more than 100.000!!!

Help is highly apreciated!!!
