Outlook Printing

The user does have XP Pro SP2 with Office 2003 SP3 on his PC. His default mail format is set to HTML. When he prints, only the header of the message is printed.

I had a look at all the settings and it looks fine. The default style is set to memo style. Al other documents from other applications print Ok
