WHEN DOWNLOADING OUTLOOK FOR PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED EXCHANGE, I RECEIVE THE MESSAGE "CANNOTOPEN YOUR DEFAULT E MAL FOLDERS. tHE FILES c:\USERS........OST IS NOT AN OUTLOOK DATA FILE.


GO DADDY TECH COULD NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
IDEAS FOR A SOLUTION?

Hi James,

I have seen this problem before when user want to establish connection with exchange. you should delete and recreate your mail profile using Control Panel for fix this problem.
