Default Day Light Savings Time In Outlook

Good Morning All!

I've recently ran into an issue I can't seem to figure out. When ever I send out an e-mail the e-mail is received an hour ahead and the same with meetings. I can set them to an hour before so that they go into the calendar right, but they still show up wrong when someone receives them.

I've checked the BIOS, Outlooks date and time and windows date and time and all seem to be set correctly to central time with daylight savings time. About a week before DST switched over this issue occurred.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
