Hi

I'm new to Outlook & having some problems but only with some email replies, all the following apply but only to some emails:

1 Can't change the fonts
2 Can't insert a Hyperlink
3 Formatting is lost
4 Text appears all the same colour throughout the email

I have found the colour in an option to reply in plain text so I'm guessing for some reason the email reply is being sent in plain text but I don't know why & don't know how to change it
