how do you download bcm with no disks?

I already have office 2007 with outlook and I was told that you can download Business Contact Manager from the microsoft website if you already have outlook. However, I can't find the disks anywhere and the website says to insert disks. is there no other way of downloading it? I do have the product keys on the computer... Anyone have any tips? Or do I need to buy outlook again?
