Default Sync sent items from 2 locations

I have a user with Office 2003 using outlook to collect pop email, local pst file..deskop PC... He wil be out of the office quite a lot with his new laptop which will also have Outlook and access the same pop account... with this new laptop he will also access data on via terminal server to the main office (location of the desktop PC).. problem is that when he sends items on the laptop they wont appear on the office desktops sent items folder and he would like to refer to this.. Im pretty sure there is a solution.. thinking web based access ? anyone any ideas.. maybe share or sync with the desktop pst file.. many thanks for any help in advance...
