Using Outlook 2003 with VISTA to sync with IPAQ

I am using Outlook 2003 and when using XP was able to sync Outlook with my Compaq IPAQ Pocket PC using ActiveSync. VISTA does not support ActivieSync and their new program will not sync withthe IPAQ because it is too old. Does anyone know of any other syncing program that would work with VISTA to do what XP was previously doing?
