Outlook 2003 event ID 1000
I've been having problems with Outlook 2003 crashing and restarting itself. Event viewer shows the following entry:
Event ID 1000 Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8326.0, stamp 4c1c2372, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.6055, stamp 4d00f27d, debug? 0, fault address 0x00019af2. So far I have gone into msconfig and disabled the startup group. I've also disabled MalwareBytes Pro. Would like to know if anybody has been having the same problem. |

RESOLVED:
I had a similar issue recently. To resolve it I created a new Outlook profile (Control Panel - Mail), and created a new e-mail account using the old settings. Then I imported items one at a time, letting Outlook sit for a few minutes after each import - e.g. Import the Inbox only, shut down and restart Outlook, and let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes. Everything went well until I got to the Calendar. Within 60 seconds of importing the calendar, Outlook started crashing again. Luckily I had a duplicate calendar in Outlook on my laptop, and it was not crashing. So I deleted the new profile and started importing everything again, except the calendar, which I imported from the laptop. Everything has been working perfectly since then. Hope this helps. |
