Default Cannot access OneNote Email Link

I received an email with a OneNote notebook link but no matter how I try to access it...
Chrome
Safari
FireFox
OneNote App PC
OneNote App iPhone

It says the links have expired or no longer exist. But when my colleague goes to share it, it indicates that it's already been shared to the web. She has sent me 2 separate e-mails with the links... one for opening it with OneNote and the other for opening in a browser. But no matter what I do, I still get the no longer exist message. Please help.

We are both using OneNote 2010
