Default Syncronizing 2 separate instances of my OneNote Notebooks

I currently have 2 separate instances of my OneNote notebooks that reside on 2 different computers. Neither involve being hosted online. These are now out of sync with each other and different changes have been made to each instance. (new page added to a section etc.) How do I get these back in sync so they are exactly the same and up to date with each others changes?

Thanks
