Default OneNote 2016 Highlighting Menu Option

Hi,

I have a standalone OneNote 2103 on the Windows side of my MAC. Now using Office 365 on MAC and am considering upgrading to OneNote 2016 on the Windows side. However, this removes the 2013 Version. I'm reluctant to do this as I don't know if features I need to use have been retained or got rid of. Can anyone tell me if OneNote 2016 for Windows has retained the same right click menu as the 2103 Version, in particular the highlighter tool? Right click text in the 2013 version calls up 2 dialogue boxes with a multitude of menu options, such as font, bold, italics, underline, format copy, bullets, numbering etc etc., but for me, highlighting, which is very important.
