Default Attempting to unsync notebook while keeping content

Hi guys, hope you can help me with this.

Today I tried to change my notebook location to somewhere on my C: drive so that it's not synced to Skydrive. What ended up happening was that it linked to my computer but my notes were erased. Thankfully, the Skydrive version was still available, so I was able to recover it.

So does anyone know how to change the location to my desktop while retaining all the notes I've taken? Thanks in advance!

Hi
From your description it sounds like all of your document are actually "stored" on your SkyDrive and there are only "links" on your notebook. This is why you appear to be losing the documents when you change the link. You will need to manually copy all of the documents on your SkyDrive to your notebook and then change the link.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
Tony
