Default Language settings are different in OneNote than other Office programs

I have a problem with language settings.
I have Office 2007 and I mainly use Excel, OneNote and Word. I want these programs do be displayed in English. It works fine for Word and Excel, but not for OneNote, which is displayed in Danish.

I have tried:
- uninstalling all Office programs from my computer and then reinstalling my Office pack with English language chosen
- changing all language settings in the Microsoft Office Language Tools to English (see attached screendump)

Nothing works! All help is appreciated, thanks.
