Why has add to dictionary been removed in office 2019. I have been using 2007 up to now so could have been removed before.

Your jpg restrictions are too strict. Here is a micro picture to look at.

For the example you gave, it would be inappropriate to add 'raising' to the dictionary, as it's already there. Hence the option doesn't appear in this case. You should also note that Word isn't saying 'raising' is a spelling error here; just questioning whether you might have meant 'rising'.

As for your assertion:

you need a reality check. The limit is 300kb, which is quite sufficient for a full-screen capture. Your image's issue is that it is a photo instead of a screenshot. In other words, it's a problem of your own making...
