Default The difference between Office 2016

Hello,
I want to ask what is the difference between Office 2016 for Home and Business and Office 2016 Professional Plus.
It is mainly about permission, commercial use, if the packages are different and which one is suitable for the company. Of course I understand that each package has its advantages.
I thank everyone early for the advice.

The difference concerns what applications are included in the suite.
Office Professional Plus 2016 includes:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, Access, InfoPath, and Skype for Business (aka Lync)
Office Professional 2016 includes:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, and Access
Office Home & Business 2016 includes:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook
