Default Transferring Office 2013

Guys!

I just installed office 2016 on my new laptop and want to let my friend use my copy of Office 2013 (key only) on his laptop.

Both versions are Home and Student (full not 365).

Can I do this?

With Office 2013, you are not entitled to transfer the license to another PC. Your entitlements are set out in the EULA: http://download.microsoft.com/Docume...51a18289cc.pdf
