Default Virus

We have problem with MS excel and MS by Badrequiry virus.
As I knew this virus is created in Cambodia.

When this virus attacked, it shows following data:
- All MS excel and Word are lost
- Can not turn off the PC by shutdown command
- It always the screen that "it you restart this PC, you will break you system"

Anyone know how to solve this problem?
Note I don't want to lost all my data inside....

You do have a strange virus, because as of this writing, Google, Bing, and Yahoo only shows your question--Do you have it spelled correctly?

Yes that is correct spelling.
As I knew that is made by Cambodian.
So in the case of it conflict with MS office, do you have any solution for??

Alas, as I indicated out of Google, Yahoo, and Bing, only Bing is picking up anything, and that is your question

Something is incorrect with these three search engines NOT picking up anything, to wit, something is missing

we can not find this meaning in your web.

The hacker play created this file virus in cambodia.
sorry that i can not give you the answer to settle thisproblem.

I don't want to re install the window cause it will lost all my excel file and word file.
Anyone else know how to do that? Thanks so much for your help.
