Recently, I have noticed that when I insert a picture - I could not get the picture behind text. When I click the pictutre most of the time Format option does not show. When it shows it opens a window that has all options except the option for having the picture behid the text or in frony of the text. Normally, I do not see that option. I have repaired the installtion. Unfortunately, I have downloaded this software and I could not re-install the software.

I assume you're referring to what happens when you right-click on the picture. The option to place a picture behind text is found under the Wrap Text options (or via the Size & Position options), not under the Format Picture options. The same options are available via the Picture Tools tab on the Ribbon.

I have inserted a picture in an excel file. I do not see the sugested options in size and/or position. As a matter of fact - I do not see position option. In 2003 version everything was available in format pictures. I can see the option in word.

There is no 'behind text' option for pictures in Excel (even in Excel 2003) - that option only exists for Word.
