Exclamation Problem with Office Licensing after Norton 360 deletion.

Hello

I have Office 2010 preloaded on my Laptop as was Norton 360. Today I uninstalled Norton (through Control Panel) to switch to AVG 2013. After going through the whole process I tried to open Outlook and a warning came up 'problem with licensing...Outlook will need to close...uninstall/reinstall product'. The same message comes up when trying to open any Office application.

Firstly, I was wondering why this would happen and secondly, I have the product key number for Office but am afraid that by reactivating I may lose all of my saved data/emails/documentation.

Can anybody let me know what's going on and what the best course of action is?

Thank you.

Hi kaz,

Try repairing your Office installation (via Programs & Features > Microsoft Office > Change in the Windows Control Panel) - doing so won't delete any of your data.
