How to get Word working?

Hi, Guys,

I'm facing a fatal error that I can't work with Word 2007 properly.
here is the error I found in Event Viewer.

Faulting application WINWORD.EXE, version 12.0.4518.1014, time stamp 0x45428028, faulting module mso.dll, version 12.0.6425.1000, time stamp 0x49d65443, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0003bf32, process id 0xdc8, application start time 0x01c9f3420e18a2cc.

Can anyone help? Greatly apprepriciated.

Hello Zhou,

Don't know if you are using a time limited Office version. Once I have a office version that can only be use for 50 times and after 50 times, the error like your appeard.

If it is not this problem, you may need to re-install your Office Word.

Thanks for your help.

I'm pretty sure it's not a time-limitted version. And even I re-install office 2007 with Chinese Edition(before I have English Edition installed), it still doesn't work properly.

Any ideas?

If your Office is English, how can you install the Chinese version?
The Keycode can support the different language version?
