Default Error: 'Cannot redeem this offer based on how your Microsoft account is setup'

Hi, hope someone can help.

I've just bought a copy of Office Home & Student 2013. It asks for the product key, which I enter. When I progress pass country and language options an error message comes up saying 'We’re sorry, you cannot redeem this offer based on how your Microsoft account is set up. Please contact Customer Support for assistance' customer support is closed on a Saturday, which is frustrating. Can anyone help me to resolve this?
