Teacher grading office documents...
Hi all!
I teach office classes at a couple different schools where students must create word, excel, PP, and Access files according to very specific specifications specific styles, formatting, fonts, pictures tables etc... To a small degree I can look at the students document, and compare it to my solutions document (in PDF form) and find some issues, but to check on specific formatting, I have to click through the ribbon, menus etc.. and manually check to see if a certain style or font has been used. This unfortunately takes time... Is there some tool I can use that will compare two word documents for me (as well as two excel, pp and access) and get a report of discrepancies (things that are different) between the two files? |
