Default Should I uninstall small business 2007...?

Hello everyone. This is my first post in this forum.

I have been having various issues with my Office 2007 software running on my Windows 7 Pro Dell laptop. I have even gone as far as to put in a brand new hard drive and reload all of my software applications from their original disks or downloads, as applicable.

Yet some of my business software has not run correctly and the support folks for one product even suggested that it was the bad combination of Office 2007, Windows 7 and my particular laptop that was causing problems, which they have seen before.

So I just went out and bought Office Home and Business 2010. Before I proceed to do anything, I wanted to get some opinions regarding the uninstall of 2007 (or even if I should uninstall it) and then installing 2010.

I do have a licensed and installed version fo Revo Uninstaller Pro, although I have hardly used it in the past.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
