Default Include a list of hyperlinks from excel in one mail merge document

I have an excel file. Column A is the name of a report, Column B is the URL of that reoprt, column C is the name of the report owner. Most report owners own multiple reports. I want to send an email to these report owners that says something like: "here is a list of your reports that are scheduled to be deleted". What would follow is a list of reports, each on a different line, each one hyperlinked to the online report.

Report 1
Report 2
Report 3

So, if Bob owns 30 reports I don't want him to get 30 emails. I want him to get one email with 30 links to 30 different reports.

Currently, I am using the template shown in this video and it works perfectly to generate the list. The part I am stuck on is turning that list into hyperlinks.

Using a normal email merge, the only way you'll get what you're after is if you have a separate column for each report rather than using a new row for each.

I’m not sure what you mean. Can you go into more detail?

I'd have thought the description was self-explanatory. What don't you understand about using columns for each report's data instead of rows? That, after all, is how mailmerges are normally done.

Since it seems you're wedded to do it the hard way, see Merging by Catalog/Directory to E-Mail in my Microsoft Word Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial at the top of this forum.
