Question about spacing
I am making a set of numerous codes. I am curious about how to automatically remove the "front" spacing in the subsequent labels all at once after the Word processes all my codes from the Excel. Now I have to manually remove that in every single label, which is very exhausting indeed.
You can see the ideal version in the first page, one code on top and one at the bottom without extra spacing. I wonder if the Word can just duplicates that page for all the rest of the codes. Or perhaps there are tricks that I can do on the Master sheet? |

If you're using a label merge, there should be no 'extra' spacing to remove.

You mean I should choose "labels" instead of "Directory" instead?
Okay, I am using Art.N 11353 labels, which label should I choose from the label list in the word? It seems I cannot find it. |

Well, you did say you were using labels...
Even if you can't find your particular label, simply choosing a label merge, then dismissing the dialogue box that appears, should be sufficient.
