Percentage letter merge
Hi All
Having some issues with a mail merge percentage formatting My data is coming in as 0,6666666667 instead of 70% which is stated in Excel is there a way to change the data formatting? It needs to show percentages I am using Office 2013 Any help appreciated. Thanks |

Mail merge reads the underlying data from Excel, not the displayed format. You need to use a calculated field construction { ={ MERGEFIELD Fieldname } * 100 \# "0%"}
