Default showing mail merge all in one file

Hi

I have a certificate as a template and I want to add first name and last name to the certificate from excel sheet. I managed to do the mail merge. What I want to do is to show all the certifications in one page. so lets say I have 12 certification then i want to see them all in one page like this

[] [] [] []
[] [] [] []
[] [] [] []

I googled it and someone suggested to execute it to a file. So I tried to print them and the click print to [] File. but could not show them in one word file. How can I do that?
Any idea/video show how to do that? Thank you so much

If they're separate logical pages, you can't show them as one page. You could display them as multiple pages on-screen, though (on my system, a 33% zoom allows 4 pages across), and Word will also allow you to print multiple pages on a single sheet of paper (e.g. 6, 8 or 16, but not 12, apparently).

Thank you so much for your reply. But it has been done. I have seen someone did it and wanted to know how that can be done? Thank you

Well, if you have seen someone do it, ask them. I doubt they did so without completely reformatting your document - both by reducing the size of everything and by changing the page layout - which I likewise doubt is what you want to do.
