Default Mail Merge not printing as typed.

I have specifications that require several inserts from Mail Merge. Once I've completed the Mail Merge table and merged it into my specs, the specifications and printout do not always follow what is typed, meaning either doesn't capitalize or doesn't use bold lettering. I'm at a loss to know why.

I solved my own problem. When typing in all caps, the system may read it as necessary and mark "all caps" in "Font" all by itself. Once I take that out - (unmark "all caps") it the difficulty disappears. Thanks!
