Can you CC somebody on a MailMerge?
I just discovered this Merge function, and it is going to greatly help me out whether this can happen or not, but can you CC (a single person, or multiple people on every email)? I tried inputting the email addresses separated with a ; or a , (form the source excel file) but that didn't work.
Another quicky, can you customize the email subject line? I'd like to do so without VBA, as I'm not too familiar with that. Thank you! |

Word does not have this capability without VBA, however the work has been done for you in http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm which, in one to one mode, emulates a merge to e-mail, either as the body of the message or as attachment (or both). The only provisos are that the data source is Excel and your e-mail application is Outlook from the same office version as Word. CC, BCC and Subject etc are all customisable.
