Default How to merge to selected addresses?

I am confused by the meaning of

In the image that follows, I have selected one person. What does Current record mean versus All?

Unless I have selected all with check marks, I do not want the e-mail sent to All -- I think that may have happened even though just one was checked (but I could be mistaken).

Thank you...

Todd

I'm not too familiar with this, but in looking at it on my Word, I believe it is talking about when you use different documents and merge them together or whether you just have one Word document that you are using.

Since you only have one record selected via the filters, you can use 'all'. If you weren't using the filters, you'd have to ensure the record you want to merge is being previewed before choosing 'current record' (which may be all you'll see anyway with the filters applied).
