How to suppress space when data field is empty
I am creating a merge letter using data from an Excel worksheet. The data fields extracted from Excel are: First_name, middle_initial and last_name. Some of the rows in the middle_name column are empty. How do I suppress the space when the data field is empty? I am using Word 2010.
Any assistance would be appreciated. |
