Label Mail Merge
Imported my 7 Christmas names and addresses from word into mail merge using the template Avery 8161. Each page is 20 labels. It creates 7 pages. The first with all 7 listings, the second with 6, the third with 5, and the last or 7th page with 1. How do I import so all names and addresses are listed for printing just once? |

Evidently, you haven't done the setup and execution correctly. First, make sure your mailmerge main document has only one page of labels. Next, check that the mailmerge type is set to 'label'. Then, assuming you have the first label formatted as you want all lables to appear, clikc on 'update labels'. Finally, click on 'Finsih & Merge' to complete the process - mailmerge previews are not a reliable indicator of the final output. That said, for a simple label merge with few records, a preview starting from the first record should display all of the records on a single page.
