Mail Merge individual attachments + email
Hi,
I have multiple email address contacts that need to receive unique attachments with a generic email message (sending out invoices). I am trying to figure out how to: 1) Generate individual PDF attachments 2) Send those individual PDF attachments via emails to those contacts I can do part 1 on it's own but cannot figure out a way to send the individual attachments to my list of contacts - is there any methods anyone can recommend? Thank you. |

http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm will help both create the PDFs and send them to recipients in the data records, with or without personalised covering messages. Depending on your data it can probably create the invoices from separate records also using the many to one option.
The only proviso is that the data must be an Excel worksheet.
