Hi, I'm trying to perform a mail merge and having issues getting my images to format properly. I created a single-cell table and have fixed the height/width of the cell so that the image would not push the cover sheet text onto another page. Each record has a photo path field associated with it, and I have edited the file path to use the (\\) separators as opposed to the (\) separators.

Inside the cell, i have the following field code text:


{ INCLUDEPICTURE {MERGEFIELD "PhotoPath"}\* MERGEFORMAT}

Two things are happening:



I am getting the same picture on every sheet, even after I complete the merge, select all and hit F9 to refresh the fields.

My picture is not automatically scaled to fit within the table cell, it's as though the picture is full-scale and the table cell is only a partial window onto the picture.

Any thoughts? I have seen multiple posts about this topic but none have seemed to be directly applicable.
