Printing problem with mail merge
Where I work we got a document in that created labels with mail merge. The document looked okay on the screen. The first page printed correctly showing the name and address, the 2nd page printed one or two of the addresses correctly, that rest of the labels have, for the lack of a better word, a shadow effect, where a second set of information appeared about a half of space below the the first set of information. When I went to show fields it showed the insert fields the same way. I have tried not printing hidden text, that didn't work. I do not know what the customer used to create the document.
Any help would be appreciated.
