Mail Merging more than 1 line of data ??
Hi All,
I'm a bit of a Mail Merge newbie and have a problem with the following in Word 2007. I have an Excel spreadsheet which I use to store data for use in raising quotes for customers. This data is then merged into a Word document to print off as a quote that can be mailed to the customer. This is working fine where the customer's data is on one line in the Excel spreadsheet. But sometimes I need to merge the line below and the line below that if the custmer has asked for a price on more than one item. Can someone tell me how to merge a number of different lines into a single Word document. Please note that the column headings will be same for every line. Many thanks in anticipation Regards Keith |
