Formatting in mail merge document
My mail merge is not keeping the document formatting after the merge. My main document is formatted exactly as I want, but after I run the merge my new, merged document has different paragraph spacing.
I tried editing my normal.dotm template with the formatting I want, but no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Without seeing the mailmerge main document and some sample output, diagnosis is difficult. Can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab.
