Default Data Processing is taking so slow

Hi all, I have a table that is only 3,700 kb, 3700 rows and 50 columns. My problem is data entry, editing, inserting rows and inserting columns take more than sixty seconds to be done. There are no conditional formatting and macros, just multiple formulae. I brought my computer to a technician to clean it from unnecessary apps and programs but the problem still persists. Another table of the same formatting and formulae but with more that 7000 rows doesn't have the slow processing problem. Any solution to this problem would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Oooppps, the file failed to upload, here it is but I had to delete several rows to reduce the file size to less than 500 kb. The sheet is part of a 10 sheet workbook where the data in the nine sheets are all linked and extracts from the tData table.

Hi

File size 420 kb and I can't recognize any of the problems you mention.

I think the only way I might be able to help is if you can send the full file to me via Personal Message. It is up to you if you will try it that way. Still I don't guarantee anything.

Hi Xor, there is no option in the private message for attaching a file.

The point of having a public forum is to share solutions to common (and sometimes uncommon) problems with all members.
That is why there is no way to attach a file to private messages

@Pecoflyer

My intention was no way to violate the forums purpose.
If you read the whole thread I guess you will agree to that.

I should have written that she via Personal message could tell me her e-mail address so that afterwards a could give her mine and then she could send the full file to me.

How do you otherwise think that I (or for that matter anyone else in the forum) should be able to possibly help her?

Just reminding of the obvious. You of all people should understand why, being active on so many forums

Thank you Xor for looking into the file. Xor deleted lots of errors stored in the file reducing it to about 2K kb. The workbook is full of formulas, about 80% so in order to fast track data entry, I disabled them for activation later on.
