Default calculation formula

I am trying to create a formula that would pick up the event and then calculate the total number for each contact.

For example: Sally Potato registered for Webcast total of 4 times totaling all the columns for webcast attended etc.. (see attached)

Thank you. the formula worked.

I have another worksheet. In this one I want to total the up the number in column A for each different activity column. I will be adding columns so what the formula to pick up as I add. Do I use an array formula? See Attached worksheet.

I am not sure how you want to show it.
Please give examples in the workbook.

I posted the wrong document. I can use a sum formula but I am going to continue to add columns. That mean?s I have to change the formula every time. Please overwrite the other document. I uploaded a new document.

Hi

No that was the wrong document I posted in #6. I posted a new workbook. May I ask that you removed the document from #6. I posted a new document in 7.

Okay thanks I will try this one. You posted #6 but it was my document that you were responding too. I did not want to post the document with that document name that is why I asked to remove your post. I removed mine.

I will take a look at the new one.

Thank you for all your help.
