Default Kutools

Hi
I have kutools programme and I need to range multi cells to match each other,
Is there a way to do this using KUtools or anything else?

for e.g. ( first Colom is serial numbers, second Colom is random numbers)
how can I range random numbers in second Colom to match with same number in first Colom by one click?
thank you

If you have two lists in a sheet, and both of them have same value but in different order, how can you sort one list to match another list as below :

A column B column
E2. Bb4
D6. E2
Bb4. D6

Thank you
