(SOLVED) - sorry for cross-posting. didn't know rule until after

I have a similar issue, but I'm trying to get counts, (COUNTIF). Would anyone know how to accomplish the attached?

For each store, I'd like to see how many people are within 25 miles.

Appreciate any help in advance!
